Note: recipe is free from allergens noted as long as your brand of peanut butter is. Check the ingredients carefully, especially if you are making this for someone else!
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
Yep, that’s it. Peanut butter, sugar, egg. Use a wooden spoon to beat the peanut butter until it’s smooth and creamy. Add sugar, mix well. Add egg. Mix again. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet, or more traditionally – roll into small balls and flatten with a fork.
Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on the bottoms.
